How to use this template
1. Replace the bracketed fields. Fill in your business details, the client's information, invoice number, dates, and service line items.
2. Be specific on line items. Break the work into clear, itemized lines instead of a single lump sum. Itemized invoices are paid faster and create fewer disputes.
3. Set payment terms. State the due date and late fee clearly. Net 14 or Net 30 are standard, but shorter terms are often accepted by repeat clients.
